How can I place an order?

Today, you can place an order by sending us a direct message (DM) on Instagram @Tuttiramisu.cali or sending us a text message at (657)201-7611.

For customizable tiramisu cake, please allow 24 hours for confirmation and specify (1) full name, (2) phone number, (3) pickup date, (4) type of tiramisu, and (5) any picture reference in your message. Your order will be confirmed once the exact design of the cake and payment are confirmed!

For the cup tiramisu, please send us (1) the flavor of the tiramisu you wish to purchase, (2) quantities and (3) pick up. The availability is subject to change as specific quantities are produced per day to ensure the freshness of our cup tiramisu.​

How soon should I place an order?

Giving us a week notice would be wonderful, but we try to accommodate all of our customers' requests. Please contact us on Instagram direct message for any last minute request

I placed an order but haven't heard back?

We apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused for the delay in response. We try our best to reply back to our messages in a timely manner. If you haven't heard back from us within one business day, please send an email at tuttiramisu.2020@gmail.com

How many people does it serve?

Tiramisu in a jar can be enjoyed by one person while tiramisu cake can be served to 5 or more depending on the size of the order. The serving size will be specified upon placing the cake order!

How long does tiramisu stay fresh?

Your order is made a night before your pick up to ensure quality and ready-to-eat status (it typically takes an overnight chilling process for the ladyfinger to fully soak the flavors of coffee or liquid it is dipped in). It is recommended for the tiramisu to be consumed within 48 hours of the pick-up date, but the tiramisu can stay in the fridge for up to 5 days!

Does the tiramisu contain alcohol?

No, our variation of tiramisu currently does not contain alcohol and can be enjoyed by customers of all age.

Do you offer delivery?

At the moment, we are only offering a pickup option. The pickup location and time frame will be provided once the order is confirmed.

What is your return policy?

All orders are final sales and no refund is available. We will not take responsibility of the cake the moment the cake is safely picked up.

What are the payment options?

We accept Venmo, Zelle and cash!
